Using up some scraps

Found this sketch over at Easy Craft Projects, so I thought it would be perfect for these silly pics of my daughter.

The Sweet Peach Crop Shop had a Use Your Scraps challenge, so I decided to use up some October Afternoon scraps I've had since the spring.   Frosted Designs started an animal challenge, so I didn't originally plan to use a yellow/black color scheme here, but I had this little duck and thought it was perfect for these goofy pictures!  I'll never forget trying to get some pretty pictures of my daughter in this darling outfit....this is mostly what I got - silliness!
So....what better title for these pics than, "You Quack me up!"

I used October Afternoon letter stickers for most of the title.  The word Quack is from American Crafts Thickers that I colored with my Copic markers.  The ric rac is Fancy Pants and the duck is Prima.  The flowers are from Creative Memories and the page and flowers are all spritzed with Lemonade Mr. Huey.

  6. Hi Valerie, what a fun page! Great use of the sketch, I have 3 girls and stacks of photos just like yours... when trying to get a nice one. They always seem to get super messy before they will sit nicely for me to snap up a shot of their beautiful smiles lol. Thanks for playing along at ECP I hope to see you join in with us again soon! x
